Aedyll may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although Aedyll strives to display the correct texts, images, and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the webshop, Aedyll will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. Placing an order:
Please make sure that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.

Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your order has been accepted by Aedyll.

Order confirmation:

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose to not accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, occur as a result of one of the following situations:

If we have already received a payment for the order, we will refund the amount to you.
Prices:
The prices on the Website are shown in Euro (EUR).
The prices and delivery costs shown on the website include VAT.
The prices and delivery costs shown on the website may vary from time to time and Aedyll is not bound by the price until Aedyll has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you.
If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by email about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. YONO always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order, we will repay the amount to you.
Please also note that Aedyll may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by Aedyll under the condition that you realize or should have realized that the price information was incorrect. We are unable to offer price adjustments/price matching.
Please note that the delivery costs are not included in the prices for the goods. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage.
Payments:

When paying with a credit card, the purchase amount is reserved once you receive the order confirmation and is debited once Aedyll has accepted your order by sending you the shipping confirmation.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by our warehouse.
We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed in respect of your order.
Shipping methods:
We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs. Please see all shipping alternatives, estimated delivery time, and costs on the shipping & return page. We offer world-wide shipping for all orders. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by our warehouse and that shipping costs are nonrefundable for returns.
Refund relating to the right of withdrawal:
If you choose to withdraw your purchase in accordance with the return policy Aedyll will issue a refund of the amount paid to Aedyll.
Aedyll will pay the refund within 14 days of the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal, under the condition that YONO has received the product/s from you. The refund is made using the same payment method you used at the purchase if you do not explicitly accept another method. You will never be charged extra if another payment method is used. Please note that Aedyll only issues a full refund if the product/s are in the same conditions as at the time of delivery. If the products’ value has diminished due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function, you have an obligation to reimburse us. Thus, Aedyll then has the right to withhold such an amount of the refund.
To avoid a deduction, please make sure all products are in the exact same condition as you when received them.
Please note that we do not accept returns or claims of Aedyll items bought from other retailers or secondhand sites.
Shipping costs for returning the products:
Please note that you must pay the shipping cost for returning the products in accordance with your right of withdrawal and exchange and YONO has no obligation to pay such costs.
Returning the products:
Upon your withdrawal or exchange of your purchase, please return the product/s as soon as reasonably practicable and not later than 14 days after sending your notice.
Please follow the steps below:

● Make sure to include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and if there is a specific reason for the return. If your order was placed within the rest of the EU/rest of the world, you are eligible to return but all costs for shipping and duties/import & export taxes will then be paid by the client.
● Please send us an email for further address information.
For all orders from outside the European Union, the costs of shipping, charges and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.
Defective products:
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately, or if not possible within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective.
According to the Civil Act you are entitled to complain about defective products within one year. However, you must always notify YONO within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If Aedyll consider the products to be defective, one of the following remedies may be applicable:
● A full refund
● Replacing the defective product with a new product.
