Delivery times are indicated from the day when the shipment of your order has been confirmed by Aedyll. Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above. We cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated. Pre-Orders:
Pre-order items are pieces that are not in stock and must be produced. The delivery time is always different and can take up to three weeks. When in doubt, contact us to get an estimated delivery date.
Customs:
If you have placed an order for delivery outside the European Union, please remember that customs fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the destination country. As customs will hold your order, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. The receiver must pay these fees (this also applies to retailers and wholesalers).
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount imposed, nor can we estimate the fees as customs regulations vary from country to country.
